wel i wanne be a sm
but not yet whahahahahah im not ready for it i thnk it gonna take a while
so i need help whit some thigng can some one explane me how i can make an jaymod server whit admin and rcon whit homehost

Admin asking? Dude, seriously. Don't come here and go ask admin, admins are deservered, and the Staff is full, at least that's what I heared.

He just says he wants to be SM. He also says he is not ready for that. That's not asking.

Well, jaymod servers are easily set up. I suggest you take a look at this site:

Learn a bit about the servers and just get to be known with all the settings.
In your jaymod folder, or in ETMain - I don't know sure, there you'll find a file named: server.cfg.

In that file you can put the settings you want, like rcon password, ref password, sv_maxclients(number of slots, e.g. 20), banners, server name and so on.

If you know it one day, it's easy.
